of 2 story single family homes. It is a small pocket bordered
by Crenshaw to the east, Greenwood and Iris to the west, 230th
to the north and 234th Street to the south. It is a unique neighborhood
for Torrance with much larger homes on average than most of
Torrance comprised of primarily 1960's built two story homes.
The area has a very nice neighborhood feel and with limited
ways in and out has a very quiet and safe feeling.
